revert(env,uniapp): 保留 sxsy80 业务合并，恢复 byjyw149 环境与合同 PDF

- 恢复 admin/front application.yml、admin 端 env、WaUserController 合同模板与域名
- 恢复 single_uniapp22miao 中与域名/签约相关的页面与 config
- 移除合并中新增的多客户 profile 与 sxsy80/czcf82 合同 PDF 资源
