fix: 修复销售订单新增页面3个Bug
...
- 销售部门选择改为 el-tree-select 树形组件，展示组织架构层级
- 物料选择弹窗过滤停用产品（enableFlag: 'Y'）
- 物料弹窗单行选择模式改用 el-radio 单选框，选中状态更明显
- 物料编码列宽度由 120px 改为 min-width 160px，显示完整编码
